Roemer Capital is a tech investment boutique that helps startups raise capital, alongside sell-side and buy-side deals, IPO readiness, and CFO services. More requests were coming in than the team could take on, while its own standard is to deliver top quality on every mandate.
The processes ran largely by hand, spread across a set of isolated tools that never properly worked together. The obvious answer would have been to simply hire more people. In the end it was mainly a question of structure and organization.
